Low Frequency Emotions

What do I do with low frequency emotions?
The body is a receiver. Much like a radio receiver. Emotions are wave-like and from emotions we manifest our reality. The emotional 'field' or body is not within us. It is outside of us. The mind has a tendency to become involved in interpreting and identifying with emotions. It builds a narrative and that narrative, if it runs long enough, creates belief and identification, which results in manifestation. That manifestation can take the form of happenings that are in our highest good, or not, depending on the frequency.
So, back to the question. When I am experiencing low frequency emotions what do I?
1.) Witness them, accept them and embrace them. They are real, perhaps not accurate, but real and should be validated.
2.) Allow them. Do not resist them. If we resist them they will persist. Many of us get caught here. We don't want to feel them but our resistance to them causes them to strengthen and lengthen. We can get caught in a loop when we are in resistance.
3.) Pay attention to what comes up when they are allowed. Are there unhealed parts of your human that need addressing? Are there unhealthy patterns that are perpetuating them? Ask questions but be gentle. No judgement!
4.) Slow way down. Put off decisions for now. When in a low emotional wave there is no clarity. Wait. Clarity will come.
5.) Love yourself where ever you find yourself. You are OK just as you are. It's a beautiful journey, not a race. You will get there.
